Petersburgers Yury (17/07/1950) – Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Interregional Association "Siberian Agreement". Born in Novosibirsk. He graduated from the Novosibirsk Aviation College in 1969, the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Engineers in 1977 From 1984 to 1985 – Head of Capital Construction Oblsovprofa; from 1985 to 1987 – Chief Engineer Mochischenskogo Reinforced Concrete Plant, from 1987 to 1988 . – work in Zaeltsovsky District Council of People's Deputies, from 1988 to 1992 – Director Mochischenskogo Reinforced Concrete Plant, since 1992 – Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Interregional Association "Siberian Agreement". Awarded the medal "For Labour Valour".
