Klemenkov Constantine (11.1962). Adviser to the President of the bank Petrocommerce (St. Petersburg) from March 2002, born in November 1962 in Chernihiv region of Ukraine, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Kiev State University, Financial Academy under the RF Government.

Since 1992 – Editor in Chief, "Forest Business; 1994-2001 – General Director of the Publishing house" Banker ", July 2001 – March 2002 – Editor in Chief of Finance of Russia, Chairman of the Board of Directors Media Group Interpress; bank Petrocommerce responsible for the strategic development of the bank, lobbying its interests, the implementation of special programs and crisis management.
